Dear EBC Family,

We’re still eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby Rose! Emma has an induction scheduled for tomorrow morning at 5:00 AM, so we’ll finally get to welcome our little one very soon. Thank you for your continued prayers for Emma and the baby during this exciting time.

Andrew Sutton will be preaching in my absence this Sunday. I’m excited for you to meet Andrew, who served alongside me on staff at Second Baptist Church in Hopkinsville, KY. Andrew and his wife Rachael are both Clarksville natives and have four daughters.

God has called the Sutton family to plant a church in Syracuse, Utah—a community of 33,000 people where only 1.02% identify as evangelical Christians. That’s fewer than 340 people in an entire city who know the Gospel as we do.

Andrew is seeking 300-500 prayer and financial partners to support this vital church planting mission. This Sunday, you’ll hear directly from Andrew about:
• Their family’s calling to Utah
• The spiritual needs of Syracuse
• Specific ways you can partner with them

I encourage you to come with an open heart and prayerfully consider whether God might be calling you to be one of those partners. Utah represents one of the most unchurched regions in America, and the Suttons are answering God’s call to bring the Gospel where it’s desperately needed.

5th Sunday Fellowship - This Sunday we will have a time of fellowship during the Sunday School hour (9:00-10:00 AM). Come and enjoy donuts, coffee, orange juice, chocolate milk, and fellowship with one another!

Bible Study Fellowship - The women's BSF group meets at our church on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM. Their next study will begin in September.
