We believe every Christian is called to serve in the church according to the gifts that God has given them. Jesus modeled this for us and called us to do the same for others (John 13). So, a part of becoming more Christlike is to pursue having a servant's heart. Serving means more than just volunteering within the church walls. It also includes going outside the walls and into the surrounding communities to show the love of Christ to those who don't know Him.
This will not look the same for everyone. Some may serve more visibly in the church, and others may serve more privately in ways that are not noticed by others. Serving Christ is not limited to the opportunities at our church, but if you are looking for areas to serve, we have plenty of areas where your gifts can be used in our church.
